Nick Fraanje4 May 2024Had dinner at the jade pavilion and I cannot discourage you enough from this place. Food was tasty but service was appalling, had to wait an hour plus for any sign of food and when arrival it was wrong. This restaurant has NO respect or SAFTEY for food allergies with one of the guests having a fish allergy and after being told about this the kitchen HID the prawns under other served food. Em F4 May 2024I went here with my family, the food took over 45 minutes to come out and intermittently so one person spent an extra 15 mins waiting for his meal. I got a meal and asked for no prawns as I have a seafood allergy and they promised the meal would have none. The meal came out and they had only taken the prawns off the top, they prawns where still all through the meal. I tried to explain that the meal still had prawns but they insisted it didn’t even when I showed them? I don’t usually leave reviews but they weren’t busy and I could have ended up in hospital because of their lack of awareness. When we paid the lady said it would an extra $10 to pay on card to try and convince us to pay cash but it was actually only $2 more due to the surchargeTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google.

mike parry2 April 2024Usually a good experience here, but not this time. Not sure if this restaurant has changed hands, I didn't recognise the staff so maybe it has. My last visit here was very disappointing. I booked a table 3 days in advance, but on arrival it had been given away, and we were not late. The family room is for families with kids, or larger groups. The only table available was in the family room, which was noisy and so difficult to talk. The table had no cutlery, and I had to go and get napkins myself. Not really a big deal, but not what you expect to do. Fred Reinink24 March 2024Unfortunately I can’t give any food rating, except for the soup, for which we had to wait 35 minutes then we waited an other half hour for the main meal which never came so we decided to pay for the soup and left very disappointed, to us it looked like the take away customers got first preference.Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google.
